Making Achievements Possible

M.A.P

A school-based youth services program operating out of University Middle School in Irvington, NJ. MAP provide services to the Middle school youth of Essex County. MAP also collaborates Imani Center, to ensure that the youth are provided with multiple benefits to their social and emotional growth.

What is the MAP?

  • Conflict Resolution

  • Leadership Club 1&2

  • Designated time during their lunch.

  • Art therapy

  • Sandplay Therapy

What Does the MAP Do?

At University Middle School, the MAP staff, provides students individual and group support. The programs are held during during schools and after school hours. The staff also meets with students during lunch breaks, and have programs on Saturdays, fall and spring break sessions, and summer hours.
